The Seek Wellbeing® Wellness Practice is 360 degree in-home and virtual comprehensive approach to helping you feel better, setting you on a path toward well-being. This is done by initiating a series of steps to recognize the source of the discomfort or dis-ease using systemized, individualized approaches to restoring cellular structure and performance. The goal is to support each personal journey toward optimal health and well-being.
How? 1) by listening to your story 2) by addressing the true cause of why you feel bad; not just alleviate symptoms 3) by educating you on external and internal stressors and toxins that impact your unique gene expression 4) by initiating habits to heal the damage being done, and 5) by positioning you with strategies to care for your body, mind and spirit each day so you and your family hardwire habits you have learned
With a specialized program, you are empowered to function at full capacity; avoiding the pitfalls of navigating our "one size fits all" society, and begin to actively participate in the lifestyles and eating habits specially designed to cut out the allure of fads and get you living YOUR very best life as only YOU can live it!
Our Integrative Approach
This practice is rooted in the integrative work of Dr. Mary Jo Kreitzer, Director of the Earl E. Bakken Center for Spirituality and Healing, at the University of Minnesota, the Seek Wellbeing® Wellness Practice incorporates the six dimensions of the Wellbeing Model (below) that contribute to well-being. These dimensions take into account our connections and interaction with ourselves and elements outside of ourselves; such as family, friends, communities, as well as our personal and global environment.
These components play an integral role in restoring the body by taking into account cellular and chemical breakdowns; we then apply a systemized, functional approach to the assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation of treatment, and evaluation process. Once we have a clear picture of your uniqueness, we act. This could mean introducing or eliminating certain foods, activities, supplements, and prescribing and de-prescribing medications or other treatments. Very simply, the more the body is positioned for healing and restoration, the fewer medications may be required.
