Where each week we share ideas and practices that positions listeners in our wellbeing community to learn about and access non-traditional practitioners; this includes holistic, alternative, integrative, functional medicine, health and life coaches, nutritionists, healing arts therapist and a variety of other wellness practitioners.
My goal in creating this radio program is to support you in moving away from mindsets and behaviors that lead to disease and death (pre-existing conditions), and empowering each of you to begin changing your mindset toward the possibility of healing your bodies and restoring what’s broken; you can do this, oft times by using natural approaches as much as possible. I use principles from the Wellbeing Model as the cornerstone of my wellness practice and this broadcast, because it doesn’t simply focus on health; I am concerned about your health, relationships, community, security, purpose, and the environment. So if we can put a little bit of focus on each aspect of the model, we can bring a bit more balance within yourself and areas outside yourself that can impact your wellbeing.
